This involved creating a system whereby all the catalogues returned from each mailing were meticulously managed. Stores across the UK sent back the returned catalogues to our processing centre, where we implemented data capture processes, resulting in considerable cost savings for Matalan. This effectual and economical solution ran successfully for over 12 years.
